Mr. Rosenfeld is the founder and managing partner of Rosenfeld & Kaplan, LLP. His practice covers a broad range of complex commercial litigations in such areas as business and contracts, construction, securities and antitrust, bankruptcy, entertainment, telecommunications, commercial, employment, ERISA and pension, copyright, real estate, insurance, architectural, securities, computer/internet and broker-dealer relations.

He represents both individuals and corporate entities in the United States in federal and state courts and overseas. He also has represented clients before a number of arbitral tribunals and in mediations.
