After his graduation from law school, Mr. Rosenfeld spent a number of years in a prominent New York law firm where he was responsible for handling a broad range of complex commercial litigations in such areas as business and contracts, construction, securities and antitrust, bankruptcy, entertainment, telecommunications, commercial, employment, ERISA and pension, copyright, real estate, insurance, architectural, securities, computer/internet and broker-dealer relations.

Representative Experience:

Mr. Rosenfeld represents individuals and corporate entities both in the United States and overseas, serves as outside general counsel to companies in a diverse range of commercial areas and represents these entities in both federal and state courts as well as before arbitral tribunals.
