After graduating from The University of California (Boalt Hall) in 1987, Mr. Klingon clerked for Honorable Proctor Hug, Jr. of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and for Honorable Evan Wallach of the United States Court of International Trade.

Mr. Klingon has practiced both transactional law and litigation at prestigious law firms in New York City in a variety of fields. His practice areas include: corporate governance, environmental, employment, intellectual property, entertainment, commercial disputes, international business, bankruptcy, securities, antitrust, and international trade.
