We represented a world renowned manufacturer of personal hand held devices in a litigation seeking recovery from a chain of retail outlets arising out of the fraudulent conveyance/conversion of our client’s well-known products. After extensive discovery had taken place we defeated the chain of retail outlets’ efforts to obtain summary judgment and negotiated a favorable settlement for our client.
We won a series of large shareholder battles including shareholder disputes in the Internet security industry resulting in favorable multi-million dollar settlements.

We won a series of large shareholder battles including shareholder disputes in the plumbing industry resulting in a large multi-million dollar arbitration award after ten days of hearings in favor of our plumbing industry client.
We successfully represented an insurance brokerage company specializing in the underwriting of HAZMAT insurance in a series of litigation in both federal and state court brought by an ex-partner of the insurance brokerage company seeking a multi-million dollar recovery based on a claim of usurpation of corporate opportunity. In the federal action we obtained sanctions and attorneys fees on behalf of our client and were commended by the federal judge as to the quality of our advocacy.
We represented a New York based broker dealer in recovering its multi-million dollar placement agency fee in relation to the funding of an international telecommunications company and its Netherlands-based holding company parent. The litigation included advising on bankruptcy claims in the UK when the contracting party filed for bankruptcy, as well as US federal litigation against numerous entities and individuals located around the world. The litigation helped to procure a settlement with certain third parties and an allowance on our client's disputed claim in the UK Administration.
