INTERNATIONAL ARBITRATION

We are active in the field of international arbitration and represent international and multi-national corporations.  Our attorneys work with clients to resolve complex business disputes arising from expanding trade and investment around the world.  We have litigated before the International Chamber of Commerce, and understand the rules and nuances of practicing in that forum.

CORPORATE

We provide a full range of commercial services which include counseling clients with respect to all types of corporate issues.  We assist owners in the sale of businesses; provide general corporate legal services for the formation of businesses, their ownership and management structures and their ongoing operations; advise on the choice of business entity; advise on structures for corporations and corporate groups; advise on governance issues; and advise on capitalization of corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, and other business entities.

ENTERTAINMENT INDUSTRY

We represent a variety of clients in the motion picture and television industry, assisting such clients in acquiring the screen rights to literary properties, negotiating a variety of film production agreements, and preparing the full range of entertainment contracts.
