We have represented well-known accounting firms including Imowitz Koenig & Co., LLP, Rosenfarb & Winters, LLP, Marcum LLP, and Grodsky Capporino & Kaufman, P.C., as well as a number of individual accountants.

We are currently defending a New York accounting firm against claims of accounting malpractice and breach of fiduciary duty arising out of the accounting firm's work in connection with the purchase by their former client of a vending machine business. We successfully moved at the inception of the case for dismissal of the breach of fiduciary duty claim. Our expertise in this area of the law has resulted in approval by and coverage of our client's claim by the client's malpractice insurance carrier in this matter, and our firm has been similarly approved by other insurance companies in litigations involving claims against insured entities and individuals.
