We represented a New York based broker-dealer in recovering its multi-million dollar placement agency fee in relation to the funding of an international telecommunications company and its Netherlands-based holding company parent. The litigation included advising on bankruptcy claims in the United Kingdom when the contracting party filed for bankruptcy, as well as litigation in U.S. federal court against numerous entities and individuals located around the world. The litigation helped to procure a favorable settlement for our client with certain third parties
